Kurt has given interactive performances for Music for Autism and the The Broad Stage's Education and Outreach Program.  Both of these organizations are tasked with bringing classical music to young audiences in a way that makes it accessible, safe, and entertaining.

Currently Kurt is the Resident Director for the Music Academy of the West at the Cate School in Santa Barbara, CA.  Kurt has just begun a Doctorate of Musical Arts at the University of Southern California's Thornton School of Music.
