Brass Connection- Alfred Lang is leader of the Brass Connection, composed of Lang on trumpet, Tim hall on trumpet, Matt Anderson on French horn, Ron Minor on trombone and Doug Tornquist on tuba. Lang has been active in Southern California as an educator and musician for 25 years.  He has taught at Concordia University, Vanguard University, Saddleback College and UCI.  He was Director of Bands at UCI for twelve years.  He was principal trumpet in the Pageant of the Masters Orchestra for eight years and has performed with the Long Beach Symphony, Irvine Symphony, South Coast Symphony, Desert Symphony, William Hall Master Chorale, Irvine Camerata and many other regional organizations
